Clinical Supervisor, Registered Behavior Technician
Nichole Hornbuckle graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelors degree in Communicative Disorders with a minor in Family Development. She is currently enrolled at Ball State University earning her masters degree to become a behavior analyst.
In November 2014, Nichole began working at Madison Behavior Therapy and obtained her training and certification. She is currently a Registered Behavior Technician.

Building relationships with everyone in the clinic. As clinical assistant I get to interact with the clients, their parents, and coworkers. It’s a great environment to be in.
