Registered Behavior Technician
Eileen has been working with children with special needs for 10 years and has been a member of the Dream Team since August 2014. She graduated from Athens State University in 2012 with a bachelors degree in special education. Eileen was the first Registered Behavior Technician in North Alabama (the second in the state) and plans to return to school in January to pursue a graduate certificate in Applied Behavioral Analysis and become a BCaBA.

Pairing and reinforcement. It's so important to build relationships with the children and keep them motivated! - Cheesiest joke you know?

My Little Pony and Barbies. When I was eight, my mom brought a huge box home from work and we used it to make a mansion for my Barbies and Ponies! - What is your favorite part of your job?
Everything! I love to play with the kids and hang out with my coworkers, and I even like taking data and then graphing it because I love to see all of the progress the kids make.
